no wonder the total gym works, burn 3k calories to open and set it up.

its ok. Nothing magic. Just going to use it before work to stretch out, some chest flies and rows. All the attachments get crazy. They make it easy on tv showing how easy it is to just take out something and attach something and not that easy. Good for pullovers also.
