My second post with no response. There's no option for me to renew my membership with points. I'm from USA. Livechat doesn't load on safari and no one has responded to my email.

I've used google chrome (which gives me no options) and then safari which gives me 3 options : Skrill, bitcoin, and sports book.

You should see point renewal or charity option if you live in the US. I've passed your problem along to our tech team. I will also let admin know so you can renew your membership with the US options.

Toto can you check your proxy settings in your browsers and make sure you don't have a proxy box option checked please.

This happened to me years ago when I first went pro...they had me in system as being overseas somehow. I didnt have to do anything on my end, sbr fixed it and the donation option appeared
