Yeah you read that right! And none of my picks were worse than -110 lines. Even though I more or less had the same confidence level in each game I decided to make 1 game my "pod". When things didn't look good at halftime I went after it 2H.

Most of the desire for a "big play" or "pod" came from an ugly bad beat the day before Sunday, which any rational brained person knows is completely irrelevant.

So that's it. I've served no real purpose here and I'm certainly not trying to complain. Just passing it along as another cautionary tale. Don't fall in love and get stubborn chasing one play. Or you'll end up giving your local a x-mas present like me.

See you for my next tale of buffoonery.

Guy. This is a degenerate hobby. Controlling the emotions that go along with it (tilt/elation/loss/winning) is easy for some but most here will never get it.

I've learned over the years how to manage it on a larger scale. But day to day I can tilt just as hard as the rest of them.

It's not that people don't get that "money management" is important. People have varying degrees of capabilities. Those that just say "manage your money" like it's second nature don't get it.

It happens to me all the time pal. I just rally and recover. Gonna put on my resume "capable of picking winners at 65 percent and still losing".

I don't sweat the money. I just call myself a buffoon when it's deserving.

Im right there with you man. Im great at giving advice but no good at following it.

I just threw it out there like a Hail Mary in the hopes that maybe it would somehow click or something. Figured it couldnt hurt.

What does "pod" mean? Serious question. I need to bolster my betting lingo.

We've all been through it, we learn from our mistakes, and then end up doing it again.

                  Hope you get it back.

There's no such thing as a pic of the day as each game is the same exact chance of winning most guys go broke when they use different unit sizes on each game

To everyone saying "get it back" ish stuff. Well that's another life lesson when it comes to this hobby. Each bet is its own organism. There is no such thing as getting anything back. That's just chasing losses and another way to send your local a x mas present.

I usually always end up "getting it back" but not because I try to. Take a day or 2 off, enjoy life, and come back focused on a new day. Not worried about a few K just laughing at myself for being an idiot.

Had a feeling you'd say this haha.

What I meant was get it back more in the big picture. It was more of a long-term comment.
