Dick Stockton Has Got To Go!
Guy made some comical errors in the Atlanta/Tampa Bay game.
At least five times he got the down and distance wrong.
He constantly said Atlanta when he meant TB and vice versa.
The best, er, worst was when on a 2nd and 21, Atlanta completed a screen pass for about 9 yards getting them almost back to the original line of scrimmage. He says that'll make third and 1---it was actually third and 11.
Dude is either drinking in the booth or father time has gotten to his brain......
Do they have mandatory retirement for play-by-play guys?
    They should.

Loved him during a much better time when he was younger. Starting at 2:50 of the video.

Add Gus Johnson, Chris Fowler, and Beth Mowins to the list.

It's sad that every week I'm looking for the game their calling... so I won't wager on it.

I thought it sounded like him calling the game, but then I said to myself........No way, Dick Stockton has to be dead by now after all he called all of the best playoff games on CBS in the early 80's.

                    On that Winston run today:

"He has no receivers downfield [he did.] And loose ball [no, he still had it] — loose ball! [nope, still has it] — and it’s recovered by the Falcons [is “the Falcons” one of Winston’s nicknames?]! No, no, it’s picked up after the loss [remember, Winston never let go of the ball] by Winston himself [to be fair, Winston did have the ball at this point]! Falcons had it [metaphorically?] and Winston picks it up [if by picks it up, he means “continues to hold onto it” and if by “loose ball” he meant “comfortable cradled in the arms of a stellar rookie quarterback, then Dick Stockton nailed it.]

So, other than that, Stockton had it nailed.

He's been terrible on the NFL for years, can still do baseball well. These guys don't want to quit.

                      The Winston call was comical.

Still laughing about that one! Not sure how he thought that #1, there was a fumble and #2, how he saw Atlanta recover it! Time to be put out to pasture and spend his final days thinking about his ex, Leslie Visser, the plastic surgery queen!

I'm a Bucs fan and have had to endure this 3 games in a row. He called Charles Sims Charles Smith at least 5 times, including on a play where he called him Sims twice and Smith twice in a span of 14 seconds

Dick Stockton is for sure a legend.

Dick Stockton is for sure LEGENDARY awful right now and should be forced from the booth.

In all fairness regarding that one play, even the Bucs radio play-by-play guys thought he initially fumbled the ball......
