I posted this PRIOR to Richt getting fired.

As I mentioned, I have several close colleagues sitting on the UG Board of Regents, and they apprised me of this situation in real time. It was a professional courtesy, as I did the same for them as we were having a similar situation here at THE University of Texas.

I'm sorry if you find my deep and inside knowledge of NCAA football upsetting, but you best get over it. While you glean your info from ESPN and Sports Illustrated...I'm on the true front lines of all that's happening in college football.
