What is the best tool for finding what lines open at?

VegasInsider does not show opening lines on NBA and College Hoops games, only NFL and NCAAF it appears.

Anyone know where we can see what a line opened up at?

I was wondering where SBR gets the consensus information from? Where do these numbers come from?

Also it looks like its only for spreads and not totals.
