Hi I'm Wallnuts and im a teaser-holic

Every week I look at the card and pick single games that I like. But instead of having the balls to throw more than 1 unit on individual games, I cant help myself but parlay them up. or make teasers for 5+ units that look infallible when I make them, but rarely work out. If I just went with my gut and bet individual games I know I'd have a really good record (I'm up 2 units since footballstarted as it is) but I just cant leave the teasers alone lol. Ive been sportsbetting for less than a year. I'm working on self control. Anyone else have or used to have this problem

You don't know yourself until you bet sports and do every stupid thing you could not imagine doing beforehand. Humans are dumb, every one of them, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Good judgment comes from bad judgment, and you will spend a lot of money over the years learning lessons. My advice would be to keep it to $100 entertainment straight plays unless you really can stomach having your heart broken many times over the course of a year. It is beatable, but only with strict discipline, and that is a learned behavior.

You'll live and learn in this "hobby" of sports betting.
Bet whatever way you want. Eventually you'll figure out something you like or are decent at.
Don't let anyone try and teach you HOW you should be doing it.
Especially not here, because 99% here have no clue....Ehhh maybe 98%.
