Guys go see the movie Creed

You will not be disappointed HOWEVER I will probably be seeing it again in the theater mainly because the fight scenes are shot differently than any other boxing movie and I want to see it on the big screen again.

Well we all know the porno was his finest work and will never be topped.

But for real, he's great in this. I think it's better that he handed the writing and directing to an up and comer, the guy who did Fruitvale Station if any of you have seen that, he did this. And I think it actually benefitted Sly so he could just focus on the character and nothing else. We all forget that despite becoming a punchline he was nominated for Best Actor for Rocky so dude has chops hidden down in there.

Michael B Jordan is good too. He's gonna be the next Denzel

I have a small beef...I saw in the trailer where Creed Jr said that his dad died before he was born!!...see at @00:24 for reference!......but that's bullshit!...Creed Jr and his sister were about 4 or 5 years old in "Rocky II"!...they were both alive and so was Apollo!...Apollo didn't die until Rocky IV and his kids would have been around 10 years of age or in their early teens...I guess this was a snafu on the producers and directors part unless I'm mistaken.

The Giant I fancy myself to be SBR's resident boxing movie critic after making this thread, but I feel as though Southpaw may have been one too many beers ago for me. So I'm gonna have to say yes just using my gut, which has assisted me in many sharp bets I've made throughout the years.
