While I agree that black leaders should focus their attention to black on black crime... that does not mean that officers (white or black) can take anyone's life for granted. These police on black kid killings have to stop. They are doing it to Hispanics as well. What do you think happens when young men feel threatened and lose hope? We're seeing it first hand. You are creating a culture of hate that will one day knock on our door. You treat people like animals they will react like animals. If you have no self control, they won't have self control. This is primarily an economic issue. It's the police mistreating of poor people. We have all lost respect for each other.

People are a direct product of their environment. A lot of people have fukked up environments. Look at some of these fukked up parents.
