looking to buy wine and cigars for my sisters and their boyfriends for christmas this year. I personally know nothing about either. Was hoping for some good advice or reccomendations. Prefer a sweet fruit wine. Their guys are younger. 21 and 29. Not sure if that helps. I have never smoked a cig or cigar in my life.

#5why cigars if you don't smoke them and have no knowledge about them?
If you want to go el cheapo, get them Boone Hill wine and swisher sweet cigars.
blunts might be a better optionComment -

#6Of course it is.Originally posted by McCarthyFamis that reasonable/manageable?
How much do they know about wine?
Because honestly: for the "normal" winedrinker, anything about 10-15€ is wasted money, as they won't be able to taste the differences. Experienced this often enough.
What about 1 good bottles of wine and a nice Sherry as well for each pair? Very doable when it comes to the price.Comment -

#8i would say they are just your average winedrinker. they probably don't drink a good wine very often.Originally posted by zizoudane10Of course it is.

#12C-GAR...gloria cubana or padron...very good...but what ring size and how long?? For my self a enjoy a 52 ring and 4.5 inch smoke, your not smoking it for 2 hrs. These "SHORT,FAT " ones are called torpedo's..........Hope this helps....as for wine just ask store mgr. Know a lot about wines, but there are many diff. types. And spend from $15-$ 200 !!Comment -

2008 was amazing. But hard to find now.
The 2010 is good too. Alexander Valley has some excellent wine.Comment -

#20Silver Oak is probably going to be out of your price range if you are getting more than one bottle.
Good wines for different price ranges:
~$25 a bottle: Conn Creek Cab
~$50 a bottle: Joseph Phelps CabComment -
