I'm on USF +3, it is actually now +2.5 or +2 across the board.

Bulls are just as hot right now as the four ranked AAC teams, they have won four of their last five games and they "held" Memphis to a season-low 425 yards (Tigers average 547) in a 24-17 loss.

not sure if this is still valid but when Temple played ND announcers spoke about a bunch of key injuries. I have not checked injury report but that may be part of the answer.

The better team wins this one by 10 going away.

What's the first best bet of the week.... Temples offense isn't all that walker is so so they could struggle I don't know how much usf scores though vs that temple defense. I need to check the over/under

Only Houston has a better record over the last five games than USF and and nobody defended Memphis better this year than the Bulls did, not even Navy when they beat Memphis last week. And USF has just as much to play for as Temple, they would win the division and go to the AAC Championship Game instead of Temple if Bulls win out and Owls lose another game, which could happen vs. Memphis.

USF plays defense, East Carolina not so much.

Temple is vulnerable vs. any good defense because their offense is not good. The SMU game was a mirage, that was vs. a high school defense.

Defense against who? Syracuse, SMU and Connecticut? 35 to Maryland, 34 to Florida State, 29 to Navy.

Nothing wrong with any of that except for the 35 to Maryland, 34 to Florida State is actually GOOD and Bulls were in that game until fourth quarter. Besides, defense already validated itself against Memphis, Temple shouldn't score more than 20. So the question becomes will USF score enough to cover? Strong RLM here seems like nice indicator.

USF was beating Navy on the road with 5 minutes to go. And I personally think Navy is a better team than Temple. The Bulls have played better as the year has gone on. Plus Temple has two huge games coming ahead and may be looking ahead.

Didn't Temple just give up 40 to SMU last week? They're a banged up team. Careful whose defense you pile on. It's a tough spot for Temple. They've traveled a lot in 6 days and have look ahead games coming.
