Never heard of a meth "cookie." "Cookie" is used to describe crack when you cook it in a large measuring cup. When it hardens, the crack takes shape of the bottom of the cup, circular, looking like a thin cookie. I don't think meth ever stays in that shape. Usually cracked up into glass like shapes, hence the nickname, glass, g, or g-funk.
