Opie, it's super easy to figure out, if you're having an issue with your ISP. Or if you're paying for service, that you're not getting.
Go to this site http://www.speedtest.net/ and run a simple test (it would take a minute to complete)...post a screen shot here of what you see.

Y'all need to understand that we live in the COUNTRY. We're realty lucky to have high speed dsl available where I live. 90% of the homes out here have the choice of satellite or dial up for their internet.

We get 10 mpbs. And that's twice as fast as it was a year ago. I've obviously uploaded the dozens and dozens of vids I've put here on SBR thru the years with this same service. Just for some reason this week we've had upload issues.

Run the test...and if your ping is higher than 200-300ms (I bet that's what the problem is), call your provider and ask them what's up

Ping stands for packet Internet groper. Your computer sends a chunk of information (the packet) to a network address. The computer at that address echoes the packet back...but first that packet has to go through your ISP tower.

Regardless of your internet connection speed, if the ping is high (I'm talking 200-300 and above), doing things such as uploading a video might see some interruptions...simply because your computer is unable to communicate with your ISP tower fast enough.
