Kaepernick should have been benched sooner. Guy came in on top of Alex smiths good works and (smiths bad luck getting injured) and got them to playoffs. He has doing nothing since. He should be flipping burgers in McDonald's.

He will be running the option in Philly and kissing his biceps next year. The QB rotisserie is in full motion! No wonder so many teams are 8-8 every year. The only way to win is have a dominating defense with a QB that doesn't screw up.
