Spurs had a year off last year and got some rest but they are old.

sure they're old, but those guys aren't playing major minutes in the regular season.. Pop saving them for playoffs.

Spurs only giving up 91.3 thus far - some of that has been great defense and some of it pace. will be interested to see how they look against the Warriors in the regular season. unfortunately, they don't play until Jan 25th. and then play twice in the last 4 days of the season where both teams could be resting key guys.
