Well it was fun posting again for the month and after going 9-1 my last 10 (barring a miracle comeback tonight) in MLB and the season almost coming to an end boys, this will be the last thread made by me for MLB.

It was an amazing run, had to lose one eventually.

It was fun to see some old posters on here winning money together again. I really just became active here temporarily because of all the Mets fans I knew were on here so we could all enjoy the run as a team.

I'll still be checking in the Metfan threads for the rest of the series.

Twitter world going crazy right now with this unbelievable run I'm on. Been almost as hot in the NFL. Nba starting and that's my biggest following, even though I hate it.

Mets have a tough road ahead now.
Either way, the experience they got this series will be great since their success came a year earlier than expected.
Next year they will expect to be here and perform better, instead of being happy to be here. Same thing that happened to the royals this year and last year. The Mets are going to be in this spot for many years in a row.

Citifield will be rocking for Syndergard Friday night. It ain't over till it's over. GO METS!!!!

Actually, the book is essentially the middle man here. While the books often take positions and many of my writings are about this, the truth is, and few realize it, it isn't bettor against bookie, it's bettor against bettor.

Most often, when you place a bet, you are pitting your opinion or conclusion against the other bettors in the marketplace, not the books.

This is a fundamental concept of sportsbetting and the marketplace.

Like I keep writing, it's not that bettors don't know things, it's just that what they know is often wrong.

Read the entire thread. A lot of people tailed this pick. The books just take the bets they don't tell us who to bet on. So if one of our brotheren leads us like Jim Jones to slaughter then he or she must be dealt with or at least let known that losing is unacceptable, especially when the message is to bet the farm. This thread gets zero traction if little nuts says bet ONE unit on this play.
