But it was not an option at the time FWIW. Pretty sure I am not the only one either...

Why make a limit of entries on any tournament? That is to be honest what never made sense anyway. Everyone should be able to play if they sign up, no reason to limit entries at all. And yes I know that hurts everyone's chances at cashing, but why keep posters out?

How about doing something like this?

Instead of three tournaments a day, make it six (maybe seven) tournaments per day.

Instead of 40 people per tournament, make it 20.

Instead of 12 people getting paid per tournament, make it top 6.

This will keep these tedious tournaments to under an hour, and will give everyone an opportunity to find a comfortable timeslot. Lastly, open all registration for tournaments at midnight EST.

So I tried to curb the whining on poker tourneys being full by adding more slots, then you're not happy. Then you wanted to not have a tourney be full of no shows hours early, so I changed the registration to be two hours before. Then you were happy and nominated me, but then others said nooooo you can't change it now.

You guys change your minds more than me & you don't know what you want. So, go ahead and vote on format changes and majority will rule, if not, then be quiet and enjoy your free tourneys !

What was sooo hard about firing up the client in the morning and choosing the time that fits your schedule for some of you mooks around here?????? If that was really that tough you should def stick to freeroll poker!

If number of players is no longer capped what's the point of only allowing registration 2 hours before the kickoff?

Leave prizes as they are regardless of the number of entrants and let players decide for themselves. If someone wants to just play they will be content with competing against 60 for the same payouts. And if I want to beat ShogunRua in the standings I will pick and choose and try to play in the tournament with the fewest number of entrants and most empty seats who sign up but never show up.

Remove cap on number of players
Remove any registration restrictions (allow sign up the moment tournament appears in lobby)
Leave prizes exactly as they are in each of the three tournaments regardless of entries

Def need a morning slot for players on other side of the world. Plus, many of us were "regulars" with the morning slot. It almost always filled.

True Dane but that comes down to personal responsibility. IMO either uncap the player limit or uncap the reg times to way longer than 2 hours. Having both leaves an hour or so window each day that you must be at a desktop to get a chance at playing. Much bigger pita than planning the day and scheduling accordingly.

The poll was edited after 20 or so votes were already in. The 10am option wasn't on the original poll. So most of the early votes went to the 9pm. But there's no question those two options are the most popular choices in the poker community.
