it wasn't rigged...tampa bay is a shit team...everyone of those flags was LEGIT for the 500th time!...bucs are an undisciplined team and mistake prone...truth be told, if not for a fluk'ish fumble return for a TD on Cousins getting hit, the skins would have also easily covered the spread.
