Playing Local vs Offshore

I like local books better. No fees on payout, straight green, don't ever have to go to ** or ** and use some strange triple last name Hispanic person. The only negative is your playing on credit, and money management is ultra important or you will find yourself just trying to break even just not to owe by Sunday's end.
