OK, while the Bills are the definition of up and down I have actually watched a couple Jags game this year and man, they are very strong candidates for lousiest team in the NFL. Bortles looks like hell and they NEVER, NEVER, NEVER cover against the spread. Clearly the travel to London doesn't help either team (why does the league always set up such crap games over there?) and the Bills are on QB #2 right now but I don't see how the Jags cover the #.
