Not true at all . Been with heritage for years and never had a issue once with a wager . I was simply confused on the ruling . That is all heritage is class act for realizing there was a issue . Now rung along sweeper .

very generous of heritage - you should know what your betting and if you won or not. being rewarded for wasting everyone's time at a sportsbook will only happen at heritage. no other sportsbook would waste their time with such an obviously correctly graded wager.

I think our buddy said it best himself in his chat with the rep. He talked around the real issue and he knew he was speaking to a general customer service rep. Current score 1:1..who wins the rest of the period..DRAW. How can you possibly in any sensible way think you won when the Oilers obviously scored again?????????????? They have separate wagers which states "Which team wins the 2nd Period".

because he was giving the rep a useless piece of information hoping she would give him credit for the win.

The 2nd period ended up being 1-1, but that had nothing to do with HIS wager. The Oilers scored AFTER he placed his wager in the 2nd period, so it was no longer a "draw" for the rest of the 2nd period.

He was just bringing up a totally irrelevant piece of information to try and get her to credit him for the win.

Possible to get a bad score though Ive gotten them at Heritage betting tennis, I place bet and then 15 seconds later the score goes backwards, changing who won a certain game, complained about it no help, at least they did something for you. Im pretty sure their program is 3rd party and whatever the scoreboard is linked to whether person or computerized there are going to be mistakes at times.
