Betpoints?

At Bookmaker, they give you points for making wagers with them over time. These points can be converted into dollars, which in turn can be used to bet games. I refused a bonus when signing up there. But I have used the Betpoints for wagers in the past. Are these dollars deducted (from Betpoints) if you ever reach a time where you ask for a payout?
