The Mets Will Dispose of the Dodgers Tonight

Greinke is good but he could slip up tonight. Just looking at batters 1-9, the Mets are just better.... The Dodgers have no serious threat in their lineup, not even Adrian Gonzalez. The top of the Mets order is dangerous as hell. The top three guys are all very patient and will wait for their spots against Greinke. If he's not on his absolute A game, Dodgers are done, because Dodgers are not scoring more than 3 runs tonight. And 3 runs is a stretch imo. I think the Mets will rattle the Dodgers early and then they will eventually fold up shop. I don't believe in the dodgers team. Kershaw and Greinke are amazing but no one else in the lineup stands out.

It looked good at first, but I'd be worried that Mets hit Greinke tonight, score like 4 runs and then Dodgers try and pull everything out of the bag to creep back in it at the end. I could be wrong. Greinke could light it up and it stays under. I just trust the Mets lineup more to score the crucial run if needed. Fukk the dodgers lineup.

Mets are a good team. If only they had a better bottom of the order.

But like I said, I trust the Mets to score the crucial run when it matters in this game. And that's exactly what happened. Top of the Mets lineup is rock solid. Murph came through huge. Just high IQ baseball. Bad management by Mattingley too. Why would you start Pederson over Puig? Never in a million years would I do that in an elimination game. Don't care what any stats say.

This is nothing new.. not just the playoffs. Their offense has been super inconsistent scoring runs all season long. I remember that stretch mid season when Grienke didn't win a game in 2 months in spite of not giving up more then 2 runs in any one game.
