Question about using multiple books

I have 2 books I use, Bovada mainly for poker, but occasionally use it for dogs and also BetOnline and a local.

My local and BetOnline often have similar lines, if I bet one I dont use the other.

Do you guys with multiple books place the same bets on both or all books, or just use one or the other? Im hesitant for some reason to use both. Im curious as to how others do this.

I just look for the best number with multiple books although some guys use certain books because they offer certain tyies of lines
