Anytime you can get NYY + money at home you have to think twice before fading.

And just like that, line moved from +103 to +100.
(so if you like NYY it looks like now would be the time to buy)

Yanks will start lefty killer Chris Young for sure in the outfield.
A-Rod had 10 ding dongs versus LHP.
Headly and Gardner hit LHP well.
Even though he was .250 this year, Ellsbury has hit LHP well in the past.

Here are the Yanks LHP splits for this season.

Yes, best of three, fine, one game crap shoot, bullshit.
I love KC Royals, without that one game play in last year, they never get to the WS.

To me lefty pitchers always at advantage at Yankee stadium. Righties could get killed with that fly ball to right field. Off course Tanaka is not a casual righty, but still... Houston has a ton of dangerous lefty batters that can launch it. Gotta like Keuchel and Houston here.

Astros in NY, in October, and so many young players sniffing the postseason for the first time. Give me the veterans at plus money.

                          This.

That game could be scoreless into that 14th inning before someone crosses home plate.

I'm going to try my damndest to not bet and just watch the games because these do-or-die games are so fun, but my prediction would be that both road teams win - Astros and Cubs.

it woulda been real exciting if the angels had beaten texas. not sure what else had to happen but there coulda been like 2 or 3 tie breaker game scenarios just to get to the 1 game wild card playoff

Don't sleep on the Mets' rotation. Probably the best in the game as a whole.

Yanks at home with Tanaka pitching. How could you take the astros? Yankees win in October. Astros have no experience.

You gotta have big balls to bet against Jake Arrieta, who has won 12 in a row and 17 of 18 and has given up a total of 4 runs in his last 12 outings combined. And he won't have any kind of a pitch count -- Cubs see him as a different specimen. If he rolls, he will roll all the way through complete.

Yeah I agree.... I won't be betting on the game but you can't bet AGAINST Arrieta, actively thinking he's going to lose a game. Look at his stats the last 2 months it's unfathomable how good he's been. Either Cubs or no bet should be the only possible plays I think.
