Well you can't win with a squad of true freshman. Texas sucked last year qb was crap but still managed to beat Okie St on the road, Texas Tech on the road, beat W. Virginia and played Oklahoma and UCLA close and went to a bowl, they overachieved yet you guys still say he sucks, wonder why. By year 3 and 4 they should be much better.

Guy makes Saban money but has only been the head coach at one other place, Louisville. So in a shite conference that teams were bailing on left and right and he had a QB (bridgewater) that was the best in the country. He got to pad his stats and record against shite teams.

And he waltzed into Texas with the rep as a disciplinarian, but in fact he just talks the talk and has sub-standard coaching staff and is overwhelmed by the job. There is no order, he's lost the locker room, recruited crap, and is in far shittier position to recruit than before.

Complete disaster - plus there is currently no Texas AD, so things are just more complicated. I don't know the story behind that.
