saw this the other day and it was pretty good. focuses on the highs, lows n more plus its way better than the mark wahlberg bullshit that came out a while ago. getting a limited release but im sure u can find it online both legally and illegally lol

Saw this a week ago. Was alright. Great acting - story was meh. Loved how Ryan Reynolds character never fukkin lost. Main guy represents the few on sbr who are true degens in debt to everyone. Ending seemed a bit cliche and I wish there was more in depth gambling scenes not your typical bad beat shit or one in a million hit. Im talking thought process, the angles, more talk about the hands played and the bookies booking him.

BEST gambling movie ever is "Let it Ride" with Richard Dreyfuss, David Johanson, Jennifer Tilly, Robbie Coltrane and others.......not a serious flick but it does catch the ups and downs of horse racing in a very funny flick...one of my very favorite. It's on Starz a lot these days, just caught it again last night.

Nobody liked Two for the Money with Mathew Mcconaughey and Al Pacino? The ending was kinda weak but I liked the meat of the movie.. Big swingers, A streaky cocky gambler that runs out of juice and cools off.. Humbled... Liked it... Entertaining as a movie should be..
