The whole state kind of smells like shit to. There is this smell you can't avoid. Texas is top 3 for sports, food and women. Louisiana another great state for FOOD. Wouldn't want to live there though. Washington and Oregon top 3 to live IMO. Very scenic, has sports, weather is nice and a lot of jobs. Prefer Nor Cal over south....especially near the Tijuana border

East side for sure if you want to feel like youre living in Ferguson. West side pretty bad too but not so much as the east. Most of the latin gangs on west side. South side more sticks and run down but crime not nearly as bad as other two. Try to get on northside with north central and northwest being the best. (shouldnt be too hard as even the decent areas come pretty cheap compared to other parts of the country.)
