So.....home dogs getting points win ATS at about a 60% rate.
But, Eagles will score over 30 and I doubt Atlanta can keep up. Philly has too many weapons.

yep, only a dog role 6 times, but 5-1 SU/ATS. Last year against the Saints, other than that 2011-2005. Pretty meaningless.

no way, there are ~5000 bets on atl and only 7 wagers greater than $1000.
and the average bet size for atl is $695? i smell something fishy with those numbers.

Atlanta can't stop the run with scheme or personnel the last few years. Philly is a romp. I'll give up the 3 easily and take philly

Yea I noticed a small discrepancy in the opening number of the GB/CHI game at pinnacle compared to a paid line service also to go along with what is being said about SBROdds consensus data.
I have no clue if that information is correct but they showed an opener of -4.5 for GB and at my line service it was -5 opener at Pinnacle.
Something is a little off. I default to SBR though, it's free for the love of pete.

kvb i don't know what your major was at ucla but i was mimg. i'm no dummy. when i say better to be lucky than good. that's for sports like canadian football where the market is real small. sports like nfl, the market is huge so the numbers do mean a lot more than in canadian football.
what i don't understand is if there are only 7 bets larger than $1000. how is it even possible for the average bet size to be $695.
even if those 7 bets were $10,000 each that means the rest of the best had to average out to $681 per bet. i say no fukking way. something is off here.

Read my link, it should explain a lot about the same thing that happens with people and this type of information year in and year out. Been going on for decades, even before the internet.

these consensus numbers are suppose to be from online books. don't know from which one's but maybe combination of many?
i do like to look at those numbers but for this game, it doesn't make sense. that's all i'm saying.
having said that, i'm passing on both of the games. baseball is still here and less confusion with numbers in that sport.
gl with your bets tonight pal.
