But why- That does not make any sense to me. If a 21 year olds parent or even a guys GF wants to do it as a gift what does it matter who pays for it? As long as that person does not have an account(Which i do not ) what does it matter who pays as long as they get their money. I can see if she hits for a decent amount to send in her licence to make sure she is not underage but as long as i do not have an account there already i should be able to pay for her without her having to give then her personal info and a copy of my CC. Matter of fact as long as she sends her licence and they see she is Over 21 why would they need my CC too?

when a person makes a sportsbet there is but one opponent to deat the las vegas pt. spread not 90k other players p.s. read that post on another thread re an article by ed miller from the site sportsbusinessdaily.com wow 91% of all DFS player profits during the 1st. half of the 2015 mlb. season were won by just 1.3% of all players as JJGOLD stated the little guys will be chewed up as bag lunches

So then she gets an e-mail saying her account is blocked and they will unblock it if she sends them copies of the CC and her licence. I had her call and cancel it what does it matter if someone else pays . I never joined them before so there was no duplicate accounts. Pissed me off.
sounds like they must have some dumbass policy that is generally designed to prevent some dude that wants multiple accts from using family member's names, despite the fact that he is paying for the "ghost" acct.... I can understand that safegaurd.

I play at Draft Kings. I like to play the steps and the single entry tourneys. It's a fun site, but like someone else mentioned, there are a lot of smaller sites that are easier to cash, just because of the lesser (especially sharks) players. I hope you do well

Over the last couple months I've seen quite a few posters I've never heard of before
here on SBR, never seen them post winners, but somehow manage to make over $10,000
              in fantasy.
Until they start threads documenting this - or I see similar results from posters I already
respect then I'm going to be skeptical.. nobody I know in real life has made that kind of
money on fantasy.. although I realize the big money is new for short round fantasy,
until someone demonstrates (since it's all legal, go ahead and show us how you did it)
then I won't be taking posts about winning big at face value.

Do you guys realize fantasy sports are worse than playing slots???

                The hold is greater

I signed up at FD and DK's. I plopped $400(FD) and $600 (DK) and got a 100% bonus in both.

Last night was my first lineup for baseball and I bought in the $300 late night one which was almost my entire roll on fanduel. I got 9th place for 1500....rigged obviously

After blazing through probably 75k lifetime (4k the last week) in the offshore casino/book of dreams, I may have found a slightly better alternative. This fantasy stuff has tons of action, simple to use, legal, no casino attached, and the commercials need me to win the big one anyway so I can save the marketing department

I am curious as to the actual hold or the math behind it. How do you determine the vig on these tournaments? Formula would be amazing.

                  Actual first tourney result

                  09/07 $75K Mon MLB Monster 42.75 (9 of 277) Tournament $300 $1,500
