When you track your plays it really makes you realize how poorly of a capper you are. It happens to the best of us. We all think we are 65% cappers until we track our plays and see we are no where close. I applaud you for sticking to tracking your plays in this thread. How are you selecting your picks? Regression analysis? Flipping a coin? Value plays? Weather or matchup related? I noticed one week you chose teams that have a consistent history of barely getting near covering and the next week you choose teams that haven't won't ATS vs the opponent in several Matchups. Seriously, how are you choosing your picks ?

the funny thing is who cares what money I'm up or down, the most important part is the play and record right? I can air bet I can post every play as 1 million, the point is my record is correct, bets are posted before game times not fake bets and not -1000 ML plays, all spread plays.
