As a lifelong G-Man fan, that helmet catch made me 3 dimes.

Seriously I can take or leave New England, I can take or leave Brady (my wife is from New England, born and raised, she's die hard Red Sox, C's, Bruins, Pats) but when the Judge said to Godell and hios goons "settle this amongst yourselves or you are not going to like my ruling, there isn't going to be a compromise"

I mean cone on, I don't have a law degree, but when the NFL refused to make Pash a witness youu knew the Judge was going to rule in favor of Brady on what they call "fundamental fairness". How can one side have access to privy information (league investigator Pash) and not allow the other side to said information, I mean that just reaked of fundamental unfairness.

Then you have your classic Godell "overreach"
Making up the rules as he went along, in this case a four game suspension where there was no precedent.
Plus the league never never gave the players, and that includes Brady, the consequences of tampering with equiptment, there was no notice of a four game suspension.

And let's not forget the important part, there is no concrete, tangible evidence Brady himself deflated the football (s).
Speculate all you want, but there is no concrete evidence.

Goodell really should not be bitching anyway, Steelers vs. Pats this Thursday will break all sorts of regular season single game TV ratings records, the Pats yahoo's will be watching in droves, the Pats haters, and there are a gazillion of them that hate either Kraft, Brady, Captain Bill, et al will also be gluded to their TV's, Jesus God, everyone is going to make money.
