Playing Totals In Pre-Season NFL Football
Boyz, last year the average NFL game had 45 points. In the pre-season the numbers come down quite a bit. Week 1 and 2 had totals that averaged around 40. In week 3 the totals are markedly higher, around 43. The reasoning of course is that we will see more starters and these games are supposedly more of a dress rehearsal. Well last year the books had the same line of reasoning but week 3 saw 4 games go over, while 12 went under. Maybe they forgot that the defenses also consider it a dress rehearsal. Besides, with all the recent injuries, I look for teams to be more cautious than ever.

If you're gonna make any plays on pre-season games, look for some UNDERS. Here are a few that look attractive to me.....

    KC/TENN - UNDER 43

    BUFFALO/PITT - UNDER 42

    TAMPA BAY/CLEVELAND - UNDER 41-

    SAN DIEGO/SEATTLE - UNDER 42

    As always, best of luck,
    Harry
