#7Does anybody watch baseball just for fun? I only watch it for action ....totally different experience at the ball park though horrible tv product though especially that instant replay as if the game wasn't slow enough.Comment -

#8i can never get enough baseball. I grew up in the sixties and seventies. Whiny kunts like yourselves would have been hoisted up on the screens around home plate and left there for the crows. Bring back doubleheaders so you guys can really stomp your feet and cry yourself to sleep.Comment -

#12It's not the game guys. Too many teams in MLB has diluted the talent pool especially pitching. The result is poor play and many lopsided unending games as managers struggle to find the guy that can put consecutive outs together in the late innings. DH in the AL does nothing to shorten a game either.Comment -

#13also no salary cap is ridiculous! how can you expect teams like the astros to ever be competitive when they couldnt even afford even one player's contrast on the yankees

#18Judging by your posts you must be one of the leaders of the whiny kunt tribe. Baseball will be around long after your complaints are forgotten. Yeah, I walked to school. Did you, or did your parents think it was too far or uncomfortable for you?Comment -

#20I love baseball but the season is too god damn long. The 1 game playoff after a 162 game season has to be the dumbest rule in sports. All star winner getting home field a close 2ndComment -

#28Too many teams diluted the pitching pool? There were 16 teams from 1900 to 1960, now 30 teams. The USA population has increased more than the teams, and consider that the pool of black people was excluded most of that period. Besides, now the teams have access to foreign pools (Latin America, Japan, etc). So the dilution of talent is a myth.Originally posted by VegasPlayerIt's not the game guys. The batting / pitching balance has had ups and downs; from 1994-2009 favored the batters, but lately the pitchers are dominating. 2014 season was lowest in runs since 1981.Comment -
