#2last time i checked if you want cash in hand you have to use localbitcoin and meet up, or pay a website high fees and transfer to bank. never used an atm, maybe someone here can chime in
btc groupies will be checking in shortly tooComment -

i would think a bitcoin atm is free but i know nothing about them never seen one. heard there are videos on youtube showing how to use them - maybe its not as easy as it sounds? dont think there are that many out there
check circle if you get an account there maybe you can just transfer some there and they can transfer to your bank?Comment -

#5idk anything about bitstamp
but you can coinbase, though its a lot of hoops to jump through to get your account limits high enough for it to be worthwhile
but once you get it set its smooth sailing
you can transfer from your coinbase to your bank accountComment -

#6since you're the only one replying, it must not be as popular or convenient as people make it out to be.
and i mentioned bitstamps because 5Dimes prefers this bitcoin site. not sure why but the cs kept saying open an account at bitstamps several times when i said i don't have a bitcoin account.Comment -

i use circle they got same bad stories on verification too but they work for what i need and are great, i hear all you have to do is ask them to raise limits and they do, asking is the key.
wish i could help more wish i knew more. if i could get some solid info on cashing out i could make a couple moves. if you find anything out helpful post or hit me upComment -

#10Yes it is. I have deposited bicoins with youwager and heritage and received payouts in other forms. I also know you can get a payout from a bitcoin only book like nitrogen and have your withdrawl sent to heritage or youwager. Almost like a free book transfer.Comment -

#11coinbase verification process is tough for some people who are 200% legit, and buying i think there is a 3 day wait once you buy for most account. they have an instant option now but i never looked into it cause support couldnt answer simple questions when i asked them.

that's awesome in theory but sounds like finding a good bitcoin wallet is the problem.

#12I use coinbase. For some reason it is the only one I trust. The only problem is they hate gambling and will cut you off if they find out about transactions to gambling sites. So you have to use a middleman like blockchain.info to send the money there then to the book. I know it can be complicated but bitcoins are great to make quick deposits and withdrawls from books without the other b.s. of the money transfer companies. Some of these bitcoin sites can shut down at a moments notice. I had an account with coin.mx and out of the blue the feds shut them down for money laundering and everyone who had money in their wallets lost their money I guess. You are better off not keeping any money in the bitcoin sites just transfering them to a bank account where you don't have to worry about losing your money. I am fairly new to this myself but it reminds me a little of the neteller days as far as using a middleman.Comment -

#14Oh and sorry didn't know if you meant what bitcoin sportsbook I use if you did it is nitrogen. I think they are by far the best. I remember doing a payout at 4 a.m. on a sunday morning and the money hit my account in 2 minutes. Also they have a decent poker site with lots of freerolls and chance to get free bitcoins. There sportsbook decent also. Just no live betting yet.Comment -

#17so basically coinbase is the only trusted site but they close accounts for using it for sports betting purposes? hmmm... that defeats the purpose of bitcoins to begin with. don't they know the only real reason why bitcoins got big was due to silkroad?
hypocrisy is just everywhere. thanks for all your help fellas.Comment -

#18My only problem with bitcoins is you have to wait a few days for it to hit your bank account. If you need cash in hand right away it is difficult. I am hoping they come out with some type of debit card where you can load them directly that would be great. But until then you have to wait a few days to hit your bank.Comment -

#19Yeah I know they are kind of like the currency of criminals. I am amazed the feds have not stepped in yet. I really do think they are going to ban them eventually at least in the U.S.Comment -
