I see that there's a new betting exchange in Nevada called Silver State Sports Exchange.
Has anybody tried and if so what do you think of it?

It's a betting exchange where players can post offers on bets and only Nevada sports books can take the offers.

Unless they changed it only regulations to be an agent were a NV bank account and a business license, so yes you will see some sleazy touts like clippers try this
