Has anybody tried and if so what do you think of it?

Why do you think this may be a haven for scammers?

I thought this was a sports mutual fund where people can invest with Vegas basically touts and as we all know nobody wins sports betting so you basically just throwing money down the drain

It's a betting exchange where players can post offers on bets and only Nevada sports books can take the offers.

Why do you think this may be a haven for scammers?

Unless they changed it only regulations to be an agent were a NV bank account and a business license, so yes you will see some sleazy touts like clippers try this
