Stroman coming back could help them.

Can a guy really come back from an ACL in six months?

Pretty crazy recovery...we will see I guess.

he will be in the pen more than likely.

Yeah, he would be in the bullpen, would give them some depth.

I just don't know if they have the starting pitching after Price. I'm not even sure I trust him in a big game. The team is on fire though, no doubt about it.

Buherle has been great all year, Dickey has been great since the all star break....I doubt Estrada can keep it up.

2 old arms though in Buherle and Dickey though.

Seems crazy they would be favoured to win but Vegas likely playing up public perception.

As a Toronto sports fan I would like to see nothing more but after years of disappointment, I have learned to to be realistic about my expectations.

i'm shocked they are favored over Royals and Cardinals.

Its not like an 11 game winning streak has never happened before. Just last week there was 6 or 7 teams with shorter odds.

Bayer, nice to see you are back.

When October comes we will see if the jays are who we though they was.

Entire city will be holding their collective breath.

Since the Tulo trade on July 28th, the Jays log5 probability of making the post season has gone from 37% to 92%

Odds were as low as 11% at one point in May.

This is ridiculous. Of course they're not even a lock to win their division. I would think a team needs to be a division lock right now to be favored to win WS. So STL and KC should be faves since they are the only division locks. Once playoffs are set then it's wide open.

Since 2nd wild card spot introduced in 2011, 3/8 teams in last 4 World Series have been wild card teams.
Once the wild card game is played then that winner has as good a chance as any. Problem is half of the WC teams are eliminated after one game, so it's not an easy spot.
