@kingjdJets weren't going for a hr shot with Smith he was drafted in 2nd after all. His college career was mostly highlighted by 1 gm vs Baylor who played ZERO defense and he racked up big stats. Aside from that he was mostly pedestrian and struggled facing tougher defenses and better schemes in college. Anyone with an IQ higher than their shoe size didn't expect much from this kid and was a big MAYBE prospect at best. Bet NYJ wouldn't mind having Sanchize back hell at least they have some legit weapons now to get the ball to unlike when he was there.
