Eagles Fans first planned to fly a banner over Cowboys TC saying "We Got DeMarco" and started a GoFundMe Campaign. They collected about 30% that they needed after a few days. Cowboys Fans heard what they were planning and started a similar campaign and raised about 80% of what they needed in a day, Hardy learned about the campaign and donated $300 to them.
The Cowboys got theirs funded quicker and got the banner flying, Eagles of course, just weren't quick enough and couldn't get their banner flying first. The pilot that was supposed to fly the banner for the Eagles crashed and burned just after takeoff.
Cowboys beat them to the punch, Philly tried to start the fight but couldn't even get off the ground.

True, the Eagles' fans instigated this, but it's been updated that the plane that crashed is confirmed NOT to be the one intended to fly the Eagles banner "We got Demarco".Comment -
