How come 5dimes doesn't always offer Live Lines on MLB during each half inning?

and then often times they don't put it up til the last second...

and then they tell you that you didn't get it in , in enough time.

do they monitor your parlays to see if you need 1 last game?

and then make sure that you are not able to hedge that game?

No idea most of these American books don't use automated live betting software which then makes it very labor-intensive and they probably don't want to commit to it
