This is going to sound racist but its just an observation. The minorities on public assistance except for the elite 10% run the city of Chicago. The working class including all races are having to move farther and farther away from city to even feel safe. In return you pay more in real estate, commute, and overall standard of living to get back what little in return you have done for the state of ILLINOIS. Northwest Indiana has caught on too as people are moving in droves across state line to save a buck or two but the its getting expensive there too from the demand of property by Illinois folks.
