One thing Spieth knows how to do is win, he'll attack 5-6 ft putts in crunch time just like the old Tiger. And by the way, if he wins tomorrow all comparisons to a young Tiger will be 100% valid.

Spieth is a major player, the leaderboard is jumbled but he is only 1 stroke back. Luck of the Irish vs Spieth 2 to 1 seems okay.

Posting during events is fun, but so much thinking out loud always looks screwy when there is still almost 1/3 of a day left for some golfers. I see a couple of guys at -14 still with 5 holes to play.

And why do we see a -14 or even -16 scores at an Open? These courses are far too easy. I know people like a show, but par should be tough enough that only the best should go more than 2 strokes under, in my opinion.

Zach Johnson has already done his job for my books.
