Messi alone can only do so much. Football is a team game, can't expect him to dribble past 11 to score himself.

With the exception of Messi and Mascherano, everyone else in the Argentina squad has this lazy and loser mentality. When was the last time Aguero was ever useful for Argentina? Poor in the WC last year and now in the Copa. Then the likes of Higuain are all big time chokers.

Messi is running out of time. He will be 31 in Russia and it is virtually impossible. For a Latin side to win in Europe. Messi needs to win the world cup otherwise his legacy will be tarnished. Unlike Ronaldo messi has a great team. Thee guy I feel really bad for is mascherano one of the true hardmen of argentine football history.

So just because he is an Argentinian, he can beat 11 players? The other 10 Argentinians can just stand around? Unless you believe football is a Messi v 11 players, yes then he sucks. But no, it's a 11 v 11 game.

He ran himself to the ground to make things happen ALONE because he got no help from the so-called world class players like Aguero and Pastore. Beside him, no 1 willing to step up to be counted. At Barca, he has Xavi, Iniesta in the past and now Neymar and Suarez. Till Aguero and etc can bring their club form to the international stage, they are all rubbish players as well.

When you watch Barca in La Liga...you can't even breathe on Messi you get a yellow. there was talk he was going to EPL..that would never happen!

Messi is class. He doesn't whine, pluck his eyebrows, paint his toenails, cries when there isnt a foul or attempts to try ridicilous moves and to only embarass himself. Messi doesn't provoke people or take long extended breaths before a freekick and stands in a position like a predator does that is about to get f**** in the azz.

Messi does not cry when another teammate scores a goal. He allows them to take penalties because he understands the ball is faster than a human and soccer is a teamsport. He certainly is never jealous.

Penaldo - cries, non stop.
