I got your power points right here, biatch!......I know you probably missed this pic that I posted in two different threads, but here I am at age 18 back in 1989 (you and many other SBR posters were probably still in nut city) doing a triple beer bong!..I was one of only two kids in my entire high school that could do it without throwing up...as you can see, the funnel and bong was about 5 feet long and it took two people to hold it...at the time I was 5' 6" and weighed 135lbs....5% body fat, could bench 240 and squat 400 and ran a 4.5 40!...

No offense Manster, but based on the photo, I just don't see where that strength is coming from. Your upper body mass doesn't suggest a 240 bench and your quads are too undeveloped to squat 400. Granted, those aren't world class numbers, but for such a small frame, one would expect to see more obvious signs of dedicated weight training.

no, I only drink socially...maybe once a week on average...Like I told Jake on the steroid thread, my drinking days are over with...I've got responsibilities (making sure my bills get paid) and have a decent job...I have a "normal" gut for guys my age...not the six pack I was sportin' back then...but my uppers are still somewhat ripped...and I started working out again and doing cardio and eating right...makes a big difference...I feel and look good!...
