But what's the equipment guys Motive? What do they benefit from this.. So they're lying for attention? Or is Brady trying to save his Career from being Tarnished like other athletes including Armstrong bonds etc truth always comes out. I could be wrong but I think Tom claims to have known Jastremski and didn't know who McNally was, at least by name. So that at least explains how he was talking to one and not the other..

He said it under oath. That's why he's taking his case to Federal Court, where coincidentally a New York judge appears to be siding with him. He adamantly denies any wrong-doing. I believe him. Since disproved, but at the time it had Brady and all other Patriots back-pedaling big time. It appeared that someone had definitely purposefully deflated the balls. It was the NFL painting the picture they wanted painted. A FRAME JOB. When you consider that the balls were actually just barely under the limit and in fact 3 of 4 Colts balls were also under the limit (Refs say they ran out of time and stop checking the Indy balls after 4) it lends credence to the Ideal Gas Law Theory. It's very possible that there were no shenanigans by anyone, including ball boys. In the USA you are innocent until proven guilty. The NFL plays by their own rules.

So Brady is a cheater but Luck isn't..All 4 of Luck's balls registered under the legal PSI limit, then the NFL quit testing the others. To connect the dots of Brady ordering the deflation is the same as saying all of Luck's 12 balls were under, there is no proof of either.

How can someone speak convincingly one way or the other on this? I think the essence of the story isn't making it out to much of the country unless people go searching for information. They are all going to get their asses handed to them this week by Judge Berman. For those of you that really want to get into the behind the scenes politics of this, Google "Mike Kensil NFL" and read everything. This Mike Kensil is now the VP of NFL Operations and the same guy who ran down onto the Patriots sideline during the AFC Championship Game screaming at the equipment manager " Your in BIG F'ing trouble " He's the same guy who was the GM of the Jets back around 2000 when Parcells left and he promoted Bill Belichick to head coach, only to have Belichick tell him " F U " the next day and sign with NE. He's also the same guy who is thought by many to be the Spygate instigator and not Mangini who ended up being the fall guy. Goodell had others in his ears as well but just start reading everything but ESPN, CBS NBC and any other partner that's in bed with the NFL. This was never an investigation from the onset, it was a prosecution from the beginning and it all started with Kensil
