De La Hoya was a good fighter in his day when boxing was competitive. He's not broke (Golden Boy Productions). I give Mayweather credit for staying undefeated but if he fought in the 80's and 90's, he would've lost some fights. Tons of big time fighters. He has no competition now and is a real boring fighter that doesn't want to get hit. It's a matter of a fighter being lucky that he came after the Whittakers and J.C. Chavez's of the world because they would've smashed his midsection to pieces. Pernell Whittaker, is one of the most underrated fighters of all time. He's far superior to that of Mayweather. Hell, Camacho would've beaten this guy. I can name a ton of fighters that would've presented Mayweather with a problem.Comment -
