me too, see I knew there was a good reason why I clicked with you. I absolutely adore not only those movies but anything related to that time period. they were really the greatest generation. Winters the commander in the movie and in real life of Band of Brothers lived not far from where I live. He recently died. IMO that show was in the top three. I also have a crazy fascination with the plight of the Jews during that time period. It is only one of the reasons why I admire those people.

I must have a dozen books or more concerning that struggle, I probably have every time/life publication sold. so very interesting, I also enjoy reading about the struggle we had in the East.

Loved Band of Brothers, & admire the sacrifice the people in that generation made. I also like to look at the Russian side of the struggle & how the Jews fought to survive. Seen a few movies about the the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, every time I hope the Jews win, even though I know how it ends. One of the best doc's I have watched lately is The Untold History of the United States by Oliver Stone. Also really liked Zinn's A people's History of the United States.

Yep, but he is their fraud. His supporters don't care about his words, that means nothing to them. He is obviously attempting to keep the people he has. Listen he can go on the debate stage and call one of his opponents a rooster sucker and it wouldn't change his numbers, they might go up. Just check out the people here at sbr that support him. These people are a microcosm of his actual supporters. They are mostly poorly educated, low earners and white. Of course, everybody knows this, this is not news. Trump can't be bought. He's funding his own campaign. We always talk about the scumbag politicians who are bought and told what to say and think.
