If he had said the judge is biased because he doesn't like me or doesn't want me to be president, that wouldn't be racist. Still not sure there is any evidence, but wouldn't have had the same reaction. But he didn't say that. He said "He's Mexican. I'm building a wall, OK? He's Mexican."
