    Padres shit can Bud Black
Bud Black has been fired as manager of the Padres.

San Diego opened the 2015 season to much hype after a flurry of offseason activity, yet the club entered play Monday with a disappointing 32-33 record. Black served as the manager of the Padres for nine seasons, going 649-713 for a winning percentage of .477. The search has begun for a new skipper, with bench coach Dave Roberts assigned to daily managerial duties in the meantime.

About time. I remember before season started many pundits were raving about this team being a contender. I laughed so hard at that notion cause they stl have the same offensive struggles.

I hope the search isn't beginning for a new skipper. Stupid to fire your manager in June without a very clear idea of who is gonna replace him.

        Bad move.

Team has a lot of new pieces and is at .500 still in it. Now they're lost with no plan. Should have waited until season's end.

Good riddance. Piece of sh*t was expert at sitting on his arse and changing pitchers one batter too late.

Wasn't he the idiot who body slammed one of his best players trying to "protect" him during an argument with an umpire and blew the players's ACL?

You can't fix stupid. Good move by the Padres.

This has been a season of extremes for the Padres this year.
