hard to believe anyone would still operate that way? the cost of an offshore agent minimal compared to having to answer phones all day and night. plus the arrest factor, mistakes and disputes are all eliminated with a pay per head agent. all you have to do is payoff and collect. undetectable by the authorities, even if they did care.

Local. For decades. All on credit. Pay up or collect when figure reaches a certain amount.

Never been a trust issue. He pays up or I pay up. The issue is making sure I don't go on full tilt once I go over the limit. It's always tempting to try to bring the figure back under the limit, but that can lead to me making my biggest bets during those times I'm in a slump.

I've used a few offshores as well but have determined that they are all cons (except Pinny, which no longer takes US $). They will always figure out a way for you to send them money but seemingly there's always an issue when they have to send to you.
